A connection that starts with your story

A media kit brings your experience, skills and creative direction into one place. The new connection layer makes selected public text from an approved, published kit available to compatible tools. That can include a professional name, headline, biography, specialties, skills, languages and the kinds of opportunities someone is interested in. Responses include a link to the live kit, so a useful discovery can become a more informed introduction. For talent, it offers another route into a conversation about the work you want to do. For brands and collaborators, it offers a clearer starting point for finding relevant skills and learning about a person before making an enquiry. It also gives developers a way to build thoughtful connections around the information Milieu makes public, without needing to extract it from a webpage.

Shared with intention

The same public-display decisions that shape a kit shape the connection. Location and travel, availability, and rates are returned only when their corresponding display settings allow them. Search includes currently published talent kits whose indexing or discoverability choice is enabled. Search matches public text, so hidden fields do not become a way to find someone. There is a useful distinction: switching discovery off removes a kit from this search, while an otherwise published kit can still be read by its exact username. To stop public kit delivery, use the publication and consent-withdrawal controls in the portal. Private drafts, account records, messages, guardian information, payment details, private social destinations, audience analytics and raw portfolio photographs or films are outside these responses. Age-13 kits stay private. This is access to selected published information. It does not create permission to train a model, copy someone’s creative work or imply their endorsement.

Better context for a creative connection

Imagine a collaborator looking for a creator with a particular skill, or a brand exploring talent for a new campaign. A connected tool can search discoverable public summaries, read a relevant kit summary and provide its source link. The next step stays human. Visitors can view approved media on the live kit and begin an enquiry through Milieu’s existing processes. The new tools do not send messages, accept offers, publish a kit or release a payment. Connecting also does not place every profile inside every AI product. A compatible application or assistant must use the connection, and visibility is not a promise of a booking, representation or earnings. What this release provides is a working, documented route to current public information.

Public reads need no API key. The developer guide also explains the separate authenticated gateway for compatible clients that use hosting-platform OAuth. Applications should request current information, honor response caching and rate-limit instructions, and remove unavailable content from their integration. A response is a starting point for professional discovery, with content rights and source attribution still relevant.
